Steel Metal Discs 3/4" 19mm for use to make Magnetic Pendants - 500 discs

These are 3/4" flat tempered steel discs that you can glue into an alloy pendant tray so that a magnet will stick to it.

We know that some people have been using our shells or metal flat backs for this purpose, but these completely flat discs (made from the same material as the button parts) will allow the magnet to sit further into the pendant tray for a smoother look.

They are less than 1mm thick.

We do not think these would work for those purposes because these have been cut, but the edges are not polished.

There is one smooth side and the back side is slightly rough.

The pendant tray and button shown in the photo are for display purposes only.

These round metal discs, made of steel, are not magnetic themselves, but magnets adhere to them.

The thin plates are ideal counterparts to strong neodymium magnets.

An alternative to hanging prints with these steel discs that can be attached at specific points.

The self-adhesive backing of the metal discs adheres to paper, cardboard, plastic, glass, or wood.

So that the backing paper on the adhesive layer comes off with ease, an easy peel tab peeps over the edge.

To reinforce the sticking power of the metal tabs, simply stick the to the wall and tape over with adhesive tape.

Place print on top and secure with magnet.

Neodymium magnets are extremely powerful.

Crushing and bruising injuries can occur when handling these magnets, especially the larger ones.

When two magnets collide together, small pieces can be broken off and cause injury.

For these reasons the magnets should be handled carefully and they should definitely not be allowed to crash into one another from a distance.

Magnets should never land in children’s hands because swallowing them can lead to serious medical problems.

Particularly the larger neodymium magnets should never be stored or used near devices or objects that can be damaged by magnetism.
